The shipping fee is non-refundable and is not eligible for a pre-paid shipping label.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, we ask that you contact us at contact@alpinegrocers.com before shipping any returns. We will send out the RA number and return instructions through email within 72 hours.

All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and accompanied by packing slip.

No goods will be accepted for return after two weeks from the date of invoice.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of $25.00 or 15% of total order, whichever amount is greater.

We do not offer exchanges. Please do not request an exchange, place a new order instead for your required items.

Freight and handling charges on returns of mistakenly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Procedure:

Email contact@alpinegrocers.com requesting a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order; be sure to include your order number.

We will send out the RA number and return instructions through email.

If a return label is provided, attach the UPS return label on the package (Label will be provided if return is caused by picking mistake or incorrect shipment)

To speed processing please write your return authorization # (number beginning with "R") on the outside of the box.

Give your return to your UPS/USPS/FedEx delivery person or drop the return at a designated UPS/USPS/FedEx service location.

It typically takes a week for a return to be completely processed in our system after receiving it back at our warehouse.

Once the return is received and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the same card or PayPal account that was used to process the order.

Order cancellation policy

Cancellations are NOT guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, write an e-mail to contact@alpinegrocers.com right away.

Cancellations are also subject to a 25% restocking fee if canceled within the time frame of the lead time.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Our system is automated and we have a small window during which we can manually cancel the order before it ships.
